Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every VibeVideo product, including image generation, video generation, character replacement, face tools, and voice cloning. By using the service you agree to these rules. We may use automated and human review. Violations can result in blocked generations, content removal, account termination without refund, and reports to authorities.

Adult and sexual content

Sexual, nude, erotic, fetish, pornographic, or otherwise adult content is prohibited. This includes AI-generated adult material and sexually suggestive imagery.

Minors

There is zero tolerance for any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be under 18. We will block the request, terminate the account, and report the activity to authorities where required.

Deepfakes, face swaps, and impersonation

Deepfakes, face swaps, and impersonation of real people are prohibited. This includes public figures. A user cannot consent on a third party's behalf. Do not upload a real person's face to put it into generated images or videos unless you are that person, you have documented consent, or the subject is a fictional original character you created.

Voice cloning

Voice cloning of real people is prohibited unless you have documented consent from the person whose voice is being cloned. Cloning public figures is not allowed.

Likeness rights

If you upload a face, portrait, or voice, you must hold the rights or documented consent to use that likeness. Uploading someone else's face or voice without permission is prohibited.

AI-generated labeling

Outputs from likeness-capable tools are recorded as synthetic media and labeled as AI-generated in the product, including when they are shown or downloaded.

Other prohibited uses

You may not use VibeVideo for illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, weapons or violent instructional content, drug synthesis, counterfeit documents, spam, scraping, or any attempt to evade these rules.

Enforcement

We may refuse a generation, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts without refund, and cooperate with law enforcement. See also our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
