Credits are the usage unit for generation tasks on VibeVideo. Each run consumes credits based on model, mode, duration, resolution, and selected options. Before you submit, the generator shows the estimated credit cost so you can decide first. Subscription credits refresh by billing cycle, and one-time credit packs use their own validity window.

It depends on your plan and the image and video settings you choose. In our current plans, Lite includes 1300 credits/month and Pro includes 2500 credits/month, while Free includes starter credits for testing. Lower-cost settings usually produce more total outputs, and premium models/settings consume credits faster. The estimate shown before each run is the most reliable way to project output volume.

You can top up immediately by purchasing a one-time credit pack, or move to a higher subscription tier. Upgrades are useful when your usage is consistently higher than your current monthly allocation. If your usage is occasional, one-time packs are usually the simpler option. This gives you flexible scaling without blocking your workflow.

Subscription credits are tied to the billing cycle and reset with your next cycle. One-time packs have a separate validity period and remain available until they expire. In other words, monthly subscription credits and one-time credits follow different rules. If rollover behavior matters for your workload, a one-time pack plus subscription is usually the safest setup.

Yes. If your video generation fails, the credits for that failed task are automatically returned to your account. You do not need to contact support for the credit return. Credits usually cannot be returned for completed generations, prompt changes, unsupported inputs, or results that completed but did not match your creative preference.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings.

VibeVideo supports mainstream online payment flows, including major card-based checkout, with exact methods depending on your region/provider route. Supported options are shown directly in checkout before payment confirmation. If your team needs a specific method, contact support before purchase.

Yes. Paid monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew so your access and monthly or yearly credit allocation continue without interruption. You can cancel from billing settings at any time; after cancellation, your paid-plan benefits generally remain available until the end of the current billing period. One-time credit packs are not subscriptions and do not renew.

VibeVideo does not add hidden platform fees to the plan or credit-pack price shown on the pricing page. The checkout page shows the amount before you confirm payment. Depending on your location, payment method, card issuer, or bank, taxes, currency conversion, or bank fees may still apply outside VibeVideo.

Purchases and subscription charges are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or for a verified billing error approved under our Refund and Fraud Policy. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not create a prorated refund. Failed generations normally return the applicable credits; dissatisfaction with a completed AI result is not a refund basis. p-video is currently the fastest model on VibeVideo. Use p-video when you want quick drafts, rapid iteration, or faster preview generation before moving to a stronger model for final output.

Seedance 2 is the best fit for story videos. It is better suited for narrative continuity, cinematic motion, and multi-scene creative workflows where consistency matters.

Yes, VibeVideo outputs can be used for commercial workflows under your active plan terms. That includes marketing, social publishing, and client delivery scenarios where your license allows. Always review current Terms of Service for edge cases and restricted content categories. For agency or large-team usage, keep plan scope aligned with your deployment model.

You retain rights to outputs you generate on your account, subject to platform terms and applicable law. In general, your created assets are controlled by you for publishing and downstream use. You should still ensure that prompts and uploaded references are lawful and properly licensed. This protects ownership clarity for both personal and commercial projects.

Yes. Completed images, videos, and other generated outputs remain yours to use under the Terms of Service, even if your subscription later ends. Ending a subscription may remove paid-plan benefits such as fresh subscription credits, no-watermark workflows, private visibility, higher concurrency, and priority support for future work.

VibeVideo offers a free trial, including credits for new users, credits from daily check-ins, credits for suggestions, and occasional campaign credits. If you are willing to promote our website, we will also give you more free credits.
